Apartment true to the description and pictures, located on 4th floor with easy elevator access. Very pleasant open views of the town from living room and bedroom windows. Very clean. Kitchen and bathroom functional with nice hot water. Rain shower was very pleasant and had plenty of water pressure. Electric heaters worked very well and made our stay cozy in early January. Free parking was always available right in front of the building. The location was great for us. Host was responsive, friendly and flexible with check out time.

The property is within walking distance from the sights in Saumur, with convenient parking close by. This property is exceptional. The breakfast was excellent too.
