The position, charm, character and tranquility of Le Petit Lustucru makes it a fantastic base for visiting Normandy. Our group of 9 on 5 motor bikes were made very welcome and the help given to 2 of our party by the owners, who had to leave their bike in France, was above and beyond anything we could have expected. It was a pleasure to stay with Isabelle and Noël. The room where we stayed is at an upper floor of their house, with an adjacent bathroom, so it gives guests full privacy. The room was very nice, fairly big, and charmingly decorated. It is in a small village with few attractions but the town is some 5 minutes by car, and Mont Saint Michel is 20 minutes away. Isabelle and Noël were excellent hosts, striking the right kind of balance between giving us enough space and privacy while making sure that we had everything that we needed. The breakfast was really nice too!

Franc made us so welcome. Breakfast was great and the host took great pride in sourcing locally farmed products which were delicious. Very beautiful garden and very quiet which is exactly what we wanted. We had a room with a terrace which meant we could sit in the sunshine. The location is perfect if you want to visit both Mont Saint Michel and St. Malo. Thoroughly recommend staying here.

Wonderful stay. Hosts are very attentive and even though we couldn’t speak each other’s language, they went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. Very clean, good location, beautifully detailed room. Try a sauna night with charcuterie/cheese board!
