Very cosy and warm. Lovely bed and Paul was a great host. The breakfast was wonderful and I could not fault my stay.

Booked literally couple of hours before arrival. Only about one km from A28 - perfect! Very friendly staff throughout. The tent/pod was brilliant. Coffee machine, fridge with small freezer, lots of sockets, mirror, hanging space, covered area outside with table, chairs and loungers. We were right next to the lake, so setting was perfect. The bed was really comfy. There is a restaurant on site and we had dinner and breakfast there - both excellent. Swimming pool looked lovely, although we didn't use it the night we stopped. Shower block was nice and clean with plenty of hot water. There is a Super U literally as you turn off the A28 for fuel and any bits you might want. Would definitely use this as a stop over again.

Breakfast was great and the owner made a special journey to another village to get fresh food as we had to leave especially early for the channel tunnel. The owner was very polite and welcoming. Facilities in the apartment are excellent.

location is superb and easy to find , the apartment is massive , and this is a second stay , you can park right out the front of the property , and is very secure , the scene is amazing with two rivers running through the property , with a lovely weir , everything you need is in the apartment , inc washing machine , dishwasher , full kitchen and the owner leaves coffee pods out for you when you arrive ,
