The accommodation far exceeded our expectations. It was immaculately kept and extremely welcoming. It was also larger than we expected. The open plan living/kitchen area was contemporary and all the appliances were spotless. We were met by the host, Mark who was friendly and extremely helpful. The location for us was perfect. Rother Valley Country Park was close by and also, Clumber Park (an approx. 30 min drive away). Both great places for a walk with the dog. Sheffield Meadowhall retail park is pretty close by for shops, as is Sheffield City Centre. The accomodation was warm on what was a very cold and snowy weekend , perfect. There were lovely extras too which we weren't expecting, for example, a breakfast hamper including cereals, jams etc and fresh bread and milk, water and butter in the fridge. The towels were large and fluffy too. Thank you Mark and Jac for a very enjoyable stay. You have a very special retreat there. If we ever decide to come over to your area again, we will, without hesitation, book again. Thanks again. J, P and Fern the dog.

Wow!! It was super clean!! I read the reviews on this place before the booking and there were comments about the patio area, however it was very nice outside, very nicely done, finished too. The house had everything we needed for the weekend. Very comfortable beds, overall it superceded our expectations. The shower was amazing, very clean and powerful. It was in a fab location for Ponds Forge Swimming which we will certainly use again as we are there alot of the time! Local shops were good and a good range.

Great value for money with exceptional service. I will definitely stay here again. Couldn't fault the cleanliness off the room. The carpark was full when we arrived but they made sure we immediatly got the space we booked

Enough space in the living room and kitchen for everyone to sit down that was staying, often even in 3/4 bedroom houses there isn’t enough space in the other areas of the house.
