The hotel is super waw, amazing central location, near to all touristic attractions by walk, a lot of cafes, restaurants, shops & night life. The room is very comfortable & the breakfast is so yummy. Big thanks for all these amazing guys who welcomed me & gave me all the tips i need it as a first time solo traveler to Batumi Mr. Shota, Nika, Lizi, Levani, Lizi. the location is the most convenient thing about this hotel , the staff is very friendly and helpful Nino ❤️ Mariam , the two Nikas ☺️and everyone else who unfortunately I can’t remember their names 😌. the rooms are clean and spacious. the facilities were handy . all in all it was an excellent stay I would definitely recommend this hotel for whoever wants calm enjoyable stay.

An unexpected four-storey courtyard hidden behind a two-storey façade in old Batumi, with smart modem design using lots of black metal. Everything is sturdy, new and spotless. We had three rooms, all with efficient conditioning and quality mattresses. We enjoyed evenings in the courtyard or in the gallery by our rooms. The staff was helpful and spoke English.

They have the best rooms of the 40th floor with the best view of the sea. Another big advantage is that the breakfast lounge was just few steps away from our room which was a great comfort *Very important matter is that during the high season the elevator could get quite busy during the check out time at 12. So better to avoid using it half an hour before or after that time otherwise there won’t be a problem
