The guesthouse set up was great: several bathrooms for the guests with separate showers and toilets. The beds where super comfortable and everything spotless clean. Also the food was incredible! Her home bake bread was the stuff of dreams. Best guesthouse of our entire trip in the TCT!

We were the very first guests at Svanieri, and it was truly amazing. The cottage is set on a hill with stunning mountain views — so peaceful and beautiful. This guesthouse truly has one of the most beautiful views in all of Mestia. The hospitality was exceptional – the family is incredibly kind and welcoming, and we received everything we needed and more. For example, when there were no fruits available, the host personally drove to the nearest market to bring us fresh ones. Everything was offered in abundance and with so much warmth. We stayed for two nights and honestly didn’t want to leave. Dinner and breakfast were both amazing – homemade, fresh, and full of flavor. One of the best homestays in Georgia – highly recommended!
