We stayed here for a couple of nights and were impressed with the condition and quality of the house. Yes, it's all brand-new, but unlike the cheap facilities you often find in random huts. It's more like a well-furnished, perfectly organized city-center apartment than a village house. And that’s even though the outside isn’t fully finished yet. Of course, we enjoyed the serenity of the valley and the great view of Kazbegi.

Cottage is in great condition: everything is new, neds are clean and comfortable, shower works well. Panoramic views on both sides are incredible! Village itself has a really chill vibe and also very authentic. And especially I want to tell about our host - we can rather late (~22:00), but she helped us to ogranize outdoor fireplace, brought us additional stuff by request, and communication was smooth, gentle and welcoming. Thank you!!

The location was great--far enough away from Kazbegi to feel like we could really relax, but close enough to easily visit for hikes or markets. The owner kept in good contact with us and it was easy to get the keys and check out. Such a nice way to see the area! Great location.

A quiet restful location in the village. A spacious room and comfy bed. The kitchen, lounge are homly. There is room to store food in the fridge, you can cook. A good bathroom including a washing machine. The veranda and garden are perfect for relaxing and resting. Leyla and Giorgi were very welcoming hosts.
