The house and the garden were perfect and comfortable. The host can be reached anytime via WhatsApp. She answered our every question very fast. And the parents of the host live just next to the house. They are very kind, attentive and sweet couple. They brought us fresh fruits, eggs and vegetables almost everyday. We also picked some vegetables and fruits and even made barbecue in the garden. By the way, the host has prepared a directory about the house and the city. It was very helpful. You can try the local restaurants she recommended. Overall, it was an amazing experience. I will definitely come back again.

We had such a wonderful stay at Villa Nikis with our two children and in laws. On arrival, Lambrini was there to greet us and was the most exceptional and helpful host - she even gave our children Easter eggs before we left. All the rooms were a great size with ensuite facilities in the master bedroom and wardrobe space in every room. Our boys loved the upstairs 'apartment' and we spent quite a lot of time there (as the wifi is best in this part of the house) We didn't hire a car but took taxis in to Chania every other day....please be careful to get a good quote for your taxis. We were charged 20 Euros on the second day for the 4 of us to go into town and it is usually under 10 Euros. Lambrini, again, was amazingly helpful with providing us with alternative details. The most magnificent part of the villa is the pool area. There has been great care taken in the sun loungers, outdoor dining areas and beautiful surrounding garden to enhance your time by the pool. Our boys loved it. We would love to return and would definitely hire a car next time, but Chania is so glorious so if you're not keen on car hire, spending time in the town is a lovely way to enjoy your holiday

when we arrived there was hot food for us in the oven and cereal, bread, spread, honey and all the necessary foods. I like the swimming pool, garden & very good BBQ section. very clean property. recommendable property. we all enjoyed. thank you.
