This hotel (actually it is a hotel regarding the rooms and like a hostel regarding the self-service for breakfast), lies centrally in the village, in contrast to other hotels of the village. It is very warm, quiet and friendly place. The lobby is nice and everything is thoughtfully arranged. Great place!

My wife and I travel to Greece every summer. We have visited all the popular islands as well as hundreds of different towns all over the country. I must say that our stay at Kamvissis hotel was magical. The woman who checked us in (Sophia) is one of the nicest and kind hearted woman we have ever met. She was genuine and not fake. She greeted us with a couple of cold bottles of waters and a sweet. Our room was spotless and the view of the ocean from our balcony was breathtaking. Everything in the room was in new working condition. (Air conditioning , hot water, water pressure, etc). The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was quiet. I can go on and on about how great our stay was. Thank you Sophia for being such a good hearted and genuine host. She truly displayed “filoxenia” which is the Greek word for friend of a stranger. If you are a potential new guest reading this review I urge you to stop your search and book this hotel right now. Believe me, you will not be disappointed.

Great hosts in a wonderful place. Mr. Tassos and Mrs. Roula .. and Rocco!! (parrot). They welcomed us with the utmost kindness, humor, and coffee. The room is spotlessly clean, the effort to clean is unimaginable and I applaud this! The sea was calm all the days we sat and of course crystal and clear. The treatment at the Oceanis Hotel in Tire was unrepeatable. The humor of Mr. Tassos is also unforgettable :-), Referring to their discretion!!, as well as their smile on their face. You have many options regarding food, which beach you want to go to and beautiful places to visit. Tyros is a quiet and beautiful location to enjoy your holidays either alone or with friends or family. And the Oceanis hotel is undoubtedly a very selective choice. Beautiful property in a stunning setting. Our room was very comfortable & spotlessly clean. The staff made us feel so welcome. The breakfast buffet was beyond expectation - a huge choice of homemade hot & cold food including fabulous cakes & pastries. Nothing was too much trouble. We thoroughly enjoyed using the cafe/bar for morning coffee & evening drinks sat on the balcony with stunning views of the mountains. This is truly a place to experience peace & quiet as well as de stress from the demands of everyday life. We can’t recommend it enough.

Very clean with plenty of basic necessities (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc...). Quiet location, lovely terrace, cozy living room, large parking area. We enjoyed the breakfast items, and there was plenty of coffee, although we opted for the local cafés.
