Hosts and staff are very friendly and hospitable Hotel is better than on the pictures, it is probably the best one in Hanioti. Apts are being cleaned every day and sheets/towels changed every other day. Breakfast is great and tasty, we've enjoyed it every time Pool is clean and there is enough place for diving and swimming, you can enjoy besides the pool with drinks from the pool bar, Reno makes great cocktails. We will gladly return to Luuks on our next trip to Hanioti

Our stay at this apartment was nothing short of perfect. Before we arrived, we were informed about by a fantastic host who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Their warm hospitality truly set the tone for our visit. The apartment itself was immaculate. Every corner was spotlessly clean and the decor was cozy and inviting, making it feel like a home away from home. The attention to detail in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of the space was evident. One of the highlights was the stunning shower - it was modern, spacious, and provided a spa-like experience. After a day of exploring, it was the perfect way to unwind and relax. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. It exceeded all our expectations and we will definitely be returning. Highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a perfect getaway! It is in the center of Hanioti, lively place. The beach is five minutes walk and it is perfect. You can aşso discover a lot of good beaches with 10-15 minutes drive by car. The staff was very kind and helpful. Everything was very clean. The breakfast was wonderful.

We were two families with teenage kids. Everything was great, clean, nice apartments, the kitchen had everything we needed. Dino was very polite, helpful and he provided everything we needed. The beach is close, but if you are with small kids and have many things to bring to the beach, it is helpful to go with a car. Otherwise it is around 5 min walk.

The location is central, very close to the bars, markets, shops, restautants and only few minutes away from the beach. The accomodation was very clean and cozy with all amenities necessary. The hosts were great, very welcoming and they even left us typical presents from Greece on the last day befote our departure. Great price, too! Recommended.

    We are so lucky to have booked this amazing apartment. It was very clean and comfortable. The big terrace was our favorite spot. The location was really nice - close to the beach. The kitchen is nicely super equipped. Our host Anastasia was there to greet us & was fabulous with communication

    Great location, large rooms with everything you need, and the mattresses are very relaxing, very clean, towels at your discretion. The hosts are very communicative, very attentive and always helpful. to help you. The children felt very good at the pool, relaxing discussions with the hosts, and the price quality-service more than great. The only minus was that we had to leave there because our vacation was over, but for sure we will be back. Thanks for the hospitality, we love Greece.

    The room was very clean and they changed our bed sheets every single day. The owner is an amazing host always willing to help with finding the best restaurants and bars around town. The location is perfect and in general I would recommend the property 100%!

    Absolute gem of a place.Great location and so quiet. Had everything you could possibly want.So many towels for the bathroom and beach. Beds super comfortable. Fridge had a bottle of wine, fruit juice and lots of bottles of water. A real home from home and spotlessly clean.
