Stefanos was an excellent host! His warm welcome was followed by a super clean apartment with a big balcony and an amazing sea view. The location was perfect as well. Great value for money property as well! I’d highly recommend if you are visiting the area!

Property was a rocks throw from the beach, spacious, clean, modern and had all the amenities one wold need! Our host was courteous, helpful and kind. True Greek hospitality! we will most definitely be back and we highly recommend Pearl Kokkoni! 5 stars!

Clean comfortable duplex with great sea views, upstairs terrace, downstairs eating area, and well equipped kitchen. Even a downstairs loo. Comfortable beds. Soft towels. Welcome fruit basket was lovely. Great pool. Beach 2 mins walk.

Impeccable decor, super comfortable beds, very clean, great for family (and kids with playground/room) but also friends, breath away from the (practically private) beach. Communication with both the owner and manager was excellent and very professional and fast (we got locked out but were assisted on a Sunday within minutes!)

Very friendly hosts, everything you need is provided. At our arrival we were given a few extras as water, sugar, coffee etc. We were gifted a bottle of Greek wine, oranges and lemons from the garden. There is the beach nearby, the nearest main street is one minute by car, the closest supermarket is also two minutes away. You can easily reach the antique sites by car and have a rich choice of restaurants. The communication with the hosts in English was very kind and unproblematic. The location was easy to find with the common digital devices. We even got a Google map location address after arriving in Athens via sms. We enjoyed our stay a lot and definitely recommend booking this amazing spot.
