It was very neat and clean, furnished modernly and minimalistic, very aesthetically pleasing property. Our room was on the second floor, with a great view. Moreover, the hosts were fantastic, they were very friendly and extremely responsive to all of questions and needs, regardless of time. THANK YOU🙏🏻

The hosts were very friendly. The rooms were cleaned daily. The building was easily approachable and close to the main street and the city beach. We had a room with a beautiful sea view. We had a great time in Neos Marmaras and this room definitely contributed to it. If we ever go back to Neos Marmaras (and we will for sure), we know where we are staying!

    Location is perfect, being the only hotel on a very good beach (organised, crystal clear water, lots of fish). It has almost everything you need in one place, activities at night, a couple restaurants, mini market. Room was clean and spacious, with a nice view. Parking was good and covered from the sun.
