Our family stayed in the apartment for 2 weeks. ❤️The apartment consists of 3 separate bedrooms and large living room. ❤️The apartment has 3 air conditioners which is amazing for hot summer. All conditioners work very well👍🏻⭐️🌷 ❤️The kitchen is very well equiped and has everything for cooking and serving. ❤️The towels were constantly changed. Our special requests in cleaning were always met. ❤️The apartment has beach towels so no need to bring your own ❤️Kallia and Aristeidis are amazing hosts who were super welcoming and hospitable to us. ❤️ The apartment owners made our stay with a child maximally comfortable by providing us a baby bed and a bed rail. ❤️Kallia has answered all my questions, gave me advise about touristic attractions around Kissamos, arranged our transfer and fullfiled my custom requests. 10 out of 10 🙏🏼We were also very pleasantly surprised by welcoming gifts that the owner gave us. 🏝The beach is 30 meters in front of the apartment. The beach zone is wide and has different areas: ✅ good for children – sandy with a nice entrance to the water ✅ if you walk 100 meters to the right you can enjoy rock-bottom beach for those who enjoy snorkelling Make sure to check out the wonderful breakfast in the nearest restaurant. They have an amazing offer with delicious coffee and orange fresh. In case it is too hot for cooking in the kitchen there are about 4 different restaurants (all of them are good!) in a 5-minute walking distance from the apartment. Water sports are a 3-minute walking distance away. They offer jetski, pedalo with a slide, sup boards, etc. Can't wait to come back next year!

The house is just a few steps away from the sandy beach, has a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea, great for a morning swim directly from the house to the beach. It has everything you might need in the kitchen which was perfect since we eat breakfast and sometimes lunch there. Also bathroom with washing machine and washing powder, shampoo, everything. Very spacious, air conditioning in all rooms (one of the bedrooms has no windows but it gets ventilated by AC or leaving the door open). Mosquito nets in the 2 bedrooms, and we were not disturbed by mosquitoes during our stay. A supermarket 5 min away walking distance with everything you might need. Beautiful beach with shallow water and umbrellas just in front of the house. There is a beach bar/ restaurant just in front, on the beach, but we were not disturbed by any noise or loud music, a discreet and nice restaurant with great food, we can recommend it. The host was very helpful in providing information om local tavernas and also offered us local products and honey.

We arrived at around 3am and were met by a smiling Kallia who let us into the apartment and showed us everything. Tea and coffee were set out along with a few other bits so we didn’t have to rush to the shops next day unprepared. During our stay she was incredibly helpful, even finding us a full length mirror so my son could check his appearance before he set off to his wedding! It’s right next to Maria Beach, you literally walk through an excellent restaurant and you’re there, in the water. The view from the balcony is stunning and you’re only a short walk away from the shops so you can stock up. I’ve never before been to a self catering place with sharp knives. Fantastic! Little touches like this make all the difference. It was very well equipped, both a pod machine and a filter machine for coffee, a kettle, a sandwich toaster/grill, toaster, microwave and a few other bits too. All the pots and pans were top quality stainless steel, which again makes a difference if you like to cook. It was spotlessly clean and everything worked. The aircon was efficient, very welcome as it was hot outside. A lovely place to stay, highly recommended.
