This was an incredible location, view and the room exceeded expectations. The room had a clean, minimal yet elevated natural style. I felt like I was in a premium room and have everything that I needed. My bed was comfortable and the curtains all shut completely to block out the light for sound sleep. The Air conditioner and appliances were all easy to use. From my door I could step out to a shared landing balcony with tables and chairs looking out over the city and the bay. It was an ideal view. There were outlets on the balcony so I could charge my phone while sitting and enjoying the view. The accommodation manager was readily available via WhatsApp and helped me with anything needed. My previous accommodation stored and delivered my luggage while I was at the beach and then they delivered it to Noemia for me- Noemia brought it upstairs safely prior to my arrival. When I was looking for the entrance she did a video call with me to make sure I found my way. When I was leaving, Noemia management arranged my taxi who came up to carry my luggage down for me. This is a very cute area of the island and a short walk to the best restaurants and seating. Just a 13 min walk to the bus which takes you to all the father beaches. Excellent service, location and accommodation all around. WISH I COULD STAY LONGER.

The property has been recently renovated to a high standard. The bed is very comfortable with nice bed linen and the ensuite shower is clean and fresh. It was easy to find and great location for the port. The owner recommended a nice restaurant which was open so we had a great dinner , considering it was a Monday night.

The apartment is in a great location close to the main street and the harbor where all the nightlife is, tucked away in a charming, traditional alley. It is modern, clean, and equipped with everything you need. It features a spacious bathroom with a large shower and a small but very convenient kitchen. Every room has air conditioning and a TV with Netflix. There is a washing machine, though no dishwasher. There's also a lovely balcony where you can smoke and catch a nice glimpse of the city. Upon our arrival, the host had thoughtfully provided water, beer, coffee, and snacks. She was exceptionally friendly and helpful, always available whenever we needed anything. Highly recommended!

We had a great time in Skiathos, and Mariza’s Guest House is the perfect place to stay as a family. The apartment is very clean and modern, and it is large, with nice views from the terrace. There is a parking place a few meters outside, so it is good for people with car rentals. The host has been extremely friendly and helpful. When we bought fresh fish from the nearby fish store, she offered to cook it for us, and also made us a salad. Another great thing was that she allowed us to do early check in many hours before the normal check in time, as our plane landed in the morning. This saved us a lot of trouble. We really enjoyed staying at Mariza’s guest house. Everything was perfect!

I am very picky about where I stay. Those who know me understand that cleanliness is priority #1 in my choice of accommodations. When you check accommodations on the Internet, it appears great and when you get there it does not. I had read the past reviews - they were all positive! With regards to Capella Town, what is published on the Internet…what you see is what you get - in other words: it is exactly What is published on the Internet, incl booking.com and it exceeded my expectations.
