It was all perfect! The location is amazing, the convenience store sells necessities, snacks and souvenirs. Multiple beaches are only a few walking minutes away. The staff was amazing and very attentive and helpful.

We loved the space inside and out! Sitting under the night sky after a long day swimming and kayaking was wonderful. Its close proximity to the Marina Restaurant was great and we would definitely recommend the Hobo breakfast! Our host Rosin along with her beautiful home were so welcoming. We will definitely return for another stay.

I like the place. It was comfortable and has everything I need. Beds were the best, very comfortable. Has a washer and dryer which is a plus for me.

    location is good. it is a short cut to go through JP store but not open in the morning. Relatively cheaper than avarage hotel rate in Guam but no promblem.

    Standard hotel room. Good location, but not on the beach (not too far though, but I was traveling alone and didn't want to leave my stuff on the beach unattended to go swimming). The restaurant was not cheap, but quite delicious. Some facilities were not working since covid including water slide and resort park and pool bar and spa. So don't trust all the photos.
