Management was great, with good communication skills, Neal was a great help, and he took care of all the things we asked for, kept reaching out when we arrived at the airport to see if we need it anything. Although it was a one day stay, it was worthwhile to choose Fairview House.

The place was absolutely stunning, with complete amenities and beautifully detailed decor. The service was exceptional, and I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade. Special thanks to the front office team, especially Mbak Indira, who were incredibly warm and welcoming. A huge thank you to the Tentrem team! Highly recommended, and I can’t wait to return.

the property is like a pearl, all the staff were super nice from the cleaner to the doorman. we were treated very nicely like royals! the breakfast is one of a kind with all sort of transitional food along international from sushi to pancake, cappuccino just like home. the most important part was the personal driver we got from the hotel, Aziz, he took us to all important places, the palace, parambanan and borobodur. he knew the roads by heart and where take us for lunch. besides that he was super nice and communicative (while being official and respectful. thank you so much!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! All the staff were great, but the one who truly stood out was Amelia at the reception. She was incredibly kind and welcoming,her unique, warm smile made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Amelia is definitely a great asset to the hotel and was very accommodating throughout our stay.The hotel itself is conveniently located right next to the airport,which was perfect for our travel plans.The facilities are new, modern, and spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again!
