Cheap hotels in Ndangu

I spent 3 nights at Casa Kandara and would like to have stayed more. It's a really nice peaceful place with friendly and helpful staff, the rooms are cleaned each day and the bed comfortable. The breakfast overlooking rice paddies is excellent and the pool area is nice to read a book or cool down during a hot day. The airport transfer is a bonus too. Thanks Casa Kandara.

In the evening, the pool area came alive with a vibrant atmosphere. There was an event taking place with many guests, creating an energetic yet enjoyable vibe. The pool activities truly felt like the heart of the resort—full of life and positive energy. I also appreciated the variety of activities available, such as horse riding and cycling, which added a unique charm and allowed guests to enjoy the natural beauty of Sumba in an active way. At night, I treated myself to a spa experience within the resort, which was incredibly relaxing and the perfect way to end the day after a lively evening. Although my stay was short, it was deeply satisfying. Kambaniru Beach Hotel & Resort offers a wonderful combination of comfort, vibrant atmosphere, and heartfelt service. I had to leave, but I will certainly return on my next visit. Highly recommended for anyone visiting East Sumba and looking for a resort with soul, warmth, and memorable experiences.

Our stay at Myze Hotel was perfection from start to finish! Everything in the hotel is brand new and sparkling clean, creating a super comfortable and modern atmosphere. The staff are amazingly kind and went above and beyond for us: when our flight was unexpectedly canceled, they were so helpful and seamlessly accommodated us to extend our stay without any hassle. The on-site restaurant serves amazing food, and we even enjoyed a fantastic live music concert during our time there! To top it all off, the spa and massage services were absolute bliss. We couldn't have asked for a better experience in Sumba!

Perfect for a quick night stop over to go to the airport literally at 2 minute walk. Clean and comfortable has just the amenities you need excellent value for money

On the beach but tides get high and not much walking. We had a Seaview with big balcony. Free airport shuttle

Eddy the host was amazing! He went above and beyond to help me with my ferry booking by contacting a few friends and driving me to the office to reserve a cabin. He helped me with a bike rental and gave some recommendations for exploring Sumba. The location is quiet and beautiful, with a nice view and plenty of horses around the property. The room and balcony were large and had everything needed for a comfortable stay
