Everything was great at whispering willows! Homely food, the hospitable staff, cute cats, and of course the access to forest itself. Special thanks to Akhil, Bipin and Sabari for taking care of us so well. We would love to visit again.

I originally booked Steyara for just one day, but ended up extending my stay for another three days and even came back again later. That probably says enough about how much I enjoyed the place! The property is new, clean, and beautifully surrounded by coffee plantations, making it a peaceful place to relax and disconnect. What really made the experience special was Jaseem, the host. He is genuinely friendly, welcoming, and easy to talk to, which makes the place feel less like a hostel and more like staying with a good host. Overall, I had a really great experience at Steyara. It’s especially a great option for solo travellers looking for a clean, peaceful place with a friendly atmosphere. Definitely recommend staying here, and I’d happily come back again!
