We first stayed with them for a month in October-November, and when we returned for a week just now, it felt like coming back to family. Their kindness and care go beyond hospitality—they genuinely look after their guests. When we fell a little sick, they helped us recover, and we saw the same warmth extended to our neighbor, who had overindulged in pani puri. Staying with them is not just about comfort; it's about being welcomed into a home filled with love. The place itself is a hidden gem in Govardhan—clean, peaceful, and ideally located near the beginning of the Parikrama Marg. They are wonderful cooks, and their generosity makes every moment special. I and my elder sister went alone for the first time and the hotel is very safe for girls. The breakfast here was also yummy. The behaviour of the staff was very calm and we liked it a lot.

Nothing at all. No professionalism. Frequent power failure, every few minutes. No power back up. Switching is very noisy . Washroom full of dirt. TV not working. No one was able to set it right. Very bad location.
