We had an amazing experience during our stay at this lovely home! The hosts were incredibly welcoming and ensured that every detail was perfect. The ambiance was cozy and homely, making us feel right at home. The cleanliness and attention to detail were impressive. We especially loved the scenic views. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay!.

We are a family of 7 adults from Singapore first time visiting Kerala and had a superb and wonderful experience at this tastefully designed lovely 5-Star villa located in a serene and peaceful highland. The host Vinod is very friendly, caring and responsive, provided many good info to our queries which gave us a comfortable feeling before our arrival. The caretaker and his team were extremely warm and friendly too which made our 3 nights stay a very comfortable and memorable one which my family has rated Titha Service Villa the BEST of all our stays in our 3 weeks holiday in Kerala! The chef Deva is an excellent cook, we had tasted the best of many Kerala and northern Indian dishes here. We enjoyed all the delicious meals including BBQ and we had so much fun playing with the fireworks at the spacious front yard on Christmas day. The house decor with many Christmas lightings was so lovely that we had a fantastic Christmas in India as well as our wedding anniversary celebration! Our special thanks and appreciation to Vinod and Deva who had tried very hard to ensure we had a wonderful stay...Yes! it is a Perfect 10 experience! We highly recommend to all travellers including foreigners.

Fantastic stay at this homestay. The pricing was excellent, and the host was incredibly welcoming. They organized a memorable jeep trip to watch the sunrise from a mountain peak, which was breathtaking. Highly recommend for great value and service!
