This place is like living your dream, perfect location, excellent facilities, breathtaking views, beautiful terrace, garden and building. Everything you need for a perfect stay with so much more that makes it the height of luxury with a wow factor. Great response times, helpful instructions and easy key safe access. Immaculately clean with lovely crisp white linens and towels. The location also makes this place unique, you can see the villa as you sail over to the island with it's long stretching lake facing terrace and beautiful frescoed tower. A couple of minutes walk ro the beach past the wonderful old church, with olive trees and platforms to get down to the water. The little port where the boat arrives is also just a few minutes walk and has a bar gelateria and Maurizio's wonderful shop.with fresh bread, local cheese, meats and fish, local beer and wine as well as all you need to make delicious dishes in the apartment. Great bike ride and walks straight from the door, around the island and up to the top of the mountain, amazing views. We didn't want to leave and can't believe that someone gave this place a 7 score, they mustn't have stayed in the same place as us! Strongly recommend

From the beginning the house, Mauro, was absolutely amazing. He was beyond helpful from the start. He gave me a cheap and safe place to park my car off the island, a taxi driver (which I didnt use and can’t comment on), Great local restaurants (which were delicious), water taxi schedule and honestly so much more. If I could I would honestly give a 15/10 because I felt so at ease with having help from a local who knew the land. The location is in a great spot and we only used the local bus once when we arrived and when we left the property. The property was a quick 20 minute walk to a bunch of nice restaurants then host suggested, about 39 minutes to the main area and it hand a great view of the lake. It was cozy, and had everything you would need to spend a day relaxing at home. The pictures were exact and included everything promised. I can tell Mauro enjoys his job. It was the easiest self check in and checkout. He was always just a text away. If I weren’t to return to the island I would not look anywhere else.

Views, views, views! Waterfront location with ideally situated living room and waterfront terrace. Equipped kitchen for self cooking, enough charging points, ok WiFi, laundry machine, free 4h max parking next door and €5 a day unlimited parking at the church (blue parking spaces) a 5 minute walk away. Easily reachable host and easy self check-in. 1 restaurant a 5m walk away, true supermarket and other restaurants about 15-20 minutes by car away in Iseo, incl EV charging. Minimarket and bar also at a 5m walk in Sale Marasino itself.

Peaceful, comfortable, close to the lake, the terrace in great, the view is splendid. The house is on an olive tree plantation, the original Carai olive oil is wonderful. The free beaches of the neibourhood are very close, we liked very much the Tahiti Spiaggia Libera in Marone (3 min. by car). A Conad grocery is close to the place in Marone. There is a Conad Superstore in Iseo 15 min. by car. Also in Iseo there is a good laundry. And last but not least Rossellina is very kind and helpful.

Location was superb but not for those wanting lots of hustle and bustle. It is only accessible by ferry. Hosts were helpful and friendly. Pool was great and the accommodation is by the water side.
