Absolutely spotless apartment with perfect parking facilities for our motor bikes. Espresso machine in reception area was an added bonus. Mark Antonio was always there for anything we needed such as his excellent recommendations of restaurants and places to visit and booking breakfast and dinners for us in nearby restaurants and Nirina was always there to give us a warm welcome 🤗 We look forward to returning soon.

We received a very warm welcome from Serafina and her husband and they were extremely helpful and kind. The apartment is on the ground level and was very clean and the kitchen well equipped with all that we needed. The terrace and parking were a definite plus and it’s just a minute’s walk from the stunning lakeshore with benches, horse riding, canoeing and restaurants. Wonderful!

I loved the modern look of our room with the beautiful details. I loved the idea of staying in a B&B which is effectively the house of a family. It is an experience which takes you in the life of local people. Roberto and Anna were very kind and they also invited me and my wife for a lovely walk from Monte Botte Donato down to Lorica. Roberto was very helpful and gentle to ask a friend to take me and my wife back to our room when she developed a skin reaction. We also met another nice couple from Bari with whom we shared ideas and experiences during our walk. Last but not least we loved the two german shepherd pets: Wolf and Lupa, which kept us company at the B&B as well as along our long walk in the woods. Lorica and lake Arvo are beautiful places for a holiday where you can spend time trekking, dining out and doing sports like kayaking.
