Andrea was very helpful and cooperative and was easily available if we needed anything. Equi Terme is a very small but very beautiful village and the residents were extremely kind and welcoming too is during our stay. The apartment itself is fairly basic but very comfortable with all the essentials and beautiful views of the mountains.

This is a wonderful little house, tucked away in a quiet village at the foot of the mountains, a perfect base for exploring the woods and villages around here. The rooms are beautifully furnished, as is the whole Locanda. It has a really top restaurant for a very modest charge. The proprietor has been extremely helpful when we ran into some difficulties with our car. Arranging for help and offering to drive us to pick up the car after repairs.
