Oltre le mie aspettative. Doveva essere un viaggio di riposo, alla fine è stata una riscoperta interiore data dalla magia del luogo e della struttura. Silenziosa, Pulita, Accogliente, Confortevole e da una vista sulla terrazza da togliere il fiato. Appartamento curato nel dettaglio e con grande Amore. La proprietaria è stata fin da subito Gentile, Cordiale e Disponibile, il massimo! Consiglio vivamente di fermarsi in questo luogo spettacolare! una rinascita per Anima, Mente e Corpo.

Very good communication with the host and easy Check-In. I was welcomed by a bottle of wine. Lorenzo was very interested in making it a good stay and giving information on the area etc. Clean an spacious bathroom and sleeping room. If you sit on the balcony, you have a beautiful view over the coast and the harbour of Lerici. Although it was quite hot outside the temperature in the flat was comfortable.

La location è pazzesca e unica tutto curato in ogni piccolo particolare dalle lenzuola firmate Laura Biagiotti alle stoviglie coordinate riposte in una credenza con cura precisione e attenzione, tutto in stile shabby chic. Le foto pubblicate su booking ti danno solo un'idea della meraviglia che trovi nel momento che i tuoi occhi varcano la soglia. La mia famiglia l'ha adorata ed è stato un colpo al cuore lasciarla, ma ci ritorneremo. Ah dimenticavo Gianluca è una bravissima persona e svolge il suo lavoro in maniera impeccabile.

Nice clean and fully equipped shelter in two floors in small village of Pitelli. Free public transport with Navetta Verde to San Terenzo and Lerici from Tre Strade nearby. Easy transport to La Spezia. Host Natalia was easy to communicate with. She was in 5 minutes there when lock got stuck. Highly appreciated. Nice view to the sea just literally one step from terrace. Highly recommended stay. 🍀

The apartment is located in the old town of Pitelli, in an old building. The apartment is newly refurbished with very nice furniture and decorations. It is very spacious, it has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and a small living room with a terrace. The apartment was very clean, the check-in was very easy with key in a lockbox. There is a free parking near the apartment, on the main street, you have to walk a few stairs to get to the apartment. The apartment is very near to Lerici and La Spezia, we had rented car so we don't know how it is with the public transportation. We felt very comfortable in this apartment.

Rita is a fantastic host! She is warm, communicative, and very helpful. She met us within minutes in front of the house to give us the keys and show us the apartment. Rita told us about all the visits we could do around her property, how to get to the beach, about street parking, where the shop was, the local restaurants. The apartment was very well equipped to cook, have breakfast... Rita even left some local brioche-style pastries for us to taste! She is very artistic, and has made many of the pieces of decoration in the apartment. The roads are small up to the village, but it is very quaint. The local pizzeria is very good and the staff very helpful.

The host was really nice, the kitchen and the rooms are perfect, large place and clean! There’s a terrace to eat outside ( but there were mosquitoes ).
