Location was beautiful, and the staff waited until 1am for us to get in because the shop we got off at was an hour walk away. Very close to the train to itoshima and Fukuoka as well.

The most important point is how helpful and polite the staff is. I had booked room for my relatives and the staff allowed them to keep their extra baggage in reception. After checkout helped them very graciously by putting all heavy bags on the trolley and carrying them to next location which is quite some distance away. It was a really nice gesture and we appreciate it very much.

A quiet residential area where sleeping was easy, with a 24-hour convenience store and a supermarket nearby. A real private room, and two spotless bathrooms (one shower, one shower plus bathtub), everything clean and new. No breakfast (don't know if you can get that? I do not eat breakfast usually), but free coffee and tea, which was all I needed. I was there for work at Kyushu University, and the location was perfect for that as three different bus lines from the nearby stop all go to the Ito campus. The highlight was the omakase course downstairs: the best & freshest sushi I have ever eaten, served by a family that was incredibly warm and welcoming.

Beautiful location, in walking distance to the castle and restaurants. River view was gorgeous, the room very beautiful and traditional. The room has a private bathroom and you also have access to a common wood bath which you can reserve for an hour. There is bicycle parking and bicycles for rent. Very helpful and friendly staff
