Cheap hotels in Kin

Close to beach and sports. Very solid had 2 typhoons occur and one tsunami warning in the 3 weeks I was there, I felt very safe. Lovely Onsen (hot springs), as an American it is an amazing experience (read up on the customs prior). As a solo traveler didn’t try the French restaurant as no al a carte was available. The English speaking hosts were very accomidating.

Very nice place with a Tatami area and then an area with two single beds. It was spotless clean and had everything we needed. The toilet was separate which was great. The parking space right in front of the house was super convenient. You will need a rental car to go to places which we knew before booking. The little town offers a lot of eateries. Very local without tourists, which we liked a lot.

Beautiful view right on the water, spacious and clean room with many amenities provided. Great lighting, easy access to get to. Free parking though not many spaces. Very comfortable and relaxing. No key card, you use a keypad with a code, so no need to keep track of a card! They ask that you sort your trash into the available bins in the hall. I didn't run into the staff at all during my 3 day stay as they allow self check-in and check-out, and I was out very early and in very late each day, but the hotel itself was clean and welcoming so I'm sure the staff are as well. They offer many rentals such as bikes, snorkels, towels, etc, and there's even a cool map board at the entrance for guests to put a sticker where they are from.

I loved the location, and of course the room was so nice✨

The kitchen to cook my own meals was amazing and the washer and drier where a life saver would stay here again

This has been, by far, the best stay I've had at any hotel I've booked. The owner of the property is EXCEPTIONAL, and keeps the facility incredibly clean. Everything is well stocked; and the free coffee, toothbrushes, razors, etc. are a wonderful touch. The water pressure in the shower was excellent, and the beds were very comfortable. The location of the hotel is perfect, as well. It's not on the main road, so the traffic is nonexistent, however it is very close to the main road so getting to Kinville and the Expressway is very quick!

Parking is very convenient. The seaside is really beautiful. The facilities next to the swimming pool are great. The room is very large and clean. The breakfast is also great. You can also play table tennis! (Pay Highly recommended!

All rooms overlook the ocean which is gorgeous. Rooms are very spacious and can be western or Japanese. Dinner was good. Use of the private beach was really nice. Definitely need a car but that is the case for most places in onna

Our hosts Yuika, Atsunori, Abby and Johnny were so lovely. Yuika helped me coordinate a meeting with my cousins who only speak Japanese, she also called and made a reservation for us at a very authentic Okinawan restaurant. If this wasn’t enough, she and her husband, Atsunori surprised our daughter with a delicious cake for her 18th birthday. The property is well cared for, and comfortable. The breakfasts were well planned and tasty. We also loved the tatami mats in the master bedroom. The other bedroom has three twin beds. Having their fur babies around made us think about our puppies. They also have 6 cats that stay outside in the nice backyard. The location is not far from restaurants or stores. We highly recommend Booya! ❤️

物超所值,房間價格很不錯,洗衣等基礎設施完整,員工很友善,房間有電磁爐,走廊有微波爐,去買消夜回來加熱方便

Everything is great! The heated pool, the sauna, room and beddings, parking lot, staffs and more 💯

Perfect location for discovering the Island. Hotel close to the beach and there are lots of restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is new, spotlessly clean and very well appointed. The staff are charming and always willing to help. Views from the hotel are wonderful with perfect sunsets.

Every single staff person that we encountered went out their way to ensure our compete satisfaction.

I like this place is spacious but casual, although it located remotely from the tourist attractions, it offers a good night rest in this accommodation. Our hotel room was located on the 3rd floor, which is a lot less busy and quiet from the 1& 2/F noise where families with crying babies were. Some rooms amenities and bed mattress & linen quality are better than the others, we were luckily that our floor was not too full when we werethere, that receiontist girl with fluent English let us changto a better room for better beds, pillows and curtains. I had the best night of rest in my entire Okinawa trip there, the toilet and bathroom was spacious and not too busy to shared with, although the noise from the security password door was a bit pain in the ass from other rooms next door as those sliding doors were not easy to be fully shut,so it bips a lot. I loved the new big basin with lid mirror they newly instored on the second toilet on the same floor.. Thank you for offering a peaceful stay so I finally recharged to continue the rest of my trip.

Nice view. The house was very clean (other than one bedroom that seemed to have had a leak on one wall and had mildew spots). Had everything needed for kitchen and bathroom. Water would not get hot for kitchen or bath but not sure if this was just an American expectation

The view. And the space was not to big or too small perfect for two people

The quietness and the amenities

Exceptional service, lovely "room" (cabin), and delicious food. Will definitely return!

Spacious, cozy, sparkling clean, comfortable bed, fully equipped apartment! This is a Gem of all the 10 accommodations that we stayed during our 14 days cycling holiday in the whole Okinawa island. We are a group of 8 cyclists/season travelers from Singapore and all of us rated this Apartment as the BEST during our trip. It is very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay tremendously, highly recommended to all travelers!

Very comfortable. Nicely decorated. Very close to a beautiful beach. Close to the bus stop and combini.
