Well maintained property, clean, comfy beds, love the location (away from hustling bustling touristy area), utility room is very useful & convenient (with a very nice smell of detergent/softener - my clothes smells so nice even days after washing). Shuttle bus to/from Kyoto station was very convenient. HIGHLY RECOMEND!
