3 story apartment, lots of room. The heat was not working and the hot water in the only shower was not working. So we froze all night and then couldn’t even take a warm shower in the morning. Very disappointing. We did contact someone to let them know but the response back was that they would let their colleagues know and if we stay again in the future that they would give us a gift.

Great apartment hotel - full kitchens and very comfortable rooms. Parking is easy and available underground. Lots of convenient shopping and restaurants nearby. Good for a stopover when traveling through the area. Everything around the hotel is brand new so the neighborhood is safe and nice.

A good location for a hassle-free holiday in Clemency, Château de Clemency is a guest house surrounded by views of the quiet street.

Nice historic structure in southern Luxembourg. Parking was easy by the church just behind the building. The building itself is interesting with a good renovation. The room was nice, large, and well-lit. The bed was comfortable, though a bit low to the floor. Our room was themed after mining that historically occurred presumably nearby. The art on the wall of the room is a bit specific and may not be to everyone’s taste, though not bad by any means. The bathroom is large and worked fine; there is a caution of hot water volume, but for us and most should not be an issue. There is shared kitchen space and lounge on the first floor that we really did not use, but looked like a good setup. It is a bit dark on this floor due to fewer windows and landscaping on the outside, but lighting keeps it reasonably lit. Do note, if you want to have tea, you have to use the kettle in the kitchen, but coffee pods with maker are in the room. Area is a bit suburban in feel being about 30 minutes from central Luxembourg City. The walk to the nearby restaurants is easy and the nearby bakery works well. We went to the food truck that is described as being there 1x/week - it worked fine. Otherwise, there are not a lot of things to do nearby - so a good base, but really need a car.

Was top notch, clean and staff was wonderful!
