When we arrived we were thoughtfully greeted with tea and some snacks while we waited to check-in. We met the family and they made us feel at home right away. The room was extra clean and the AC was working great, so it wasn’t cold at all. We also got two big warm blankets. They offered us dinner for 120 DH each… at first we were a bit shocked by the price, but we went for it and were not disappointed at all!! The best food we had in Morocco for sure. It included delicious soup, heavenly home made bread (offered us refills), then different kinds of olives, a salad, excellent tajins and in the end a delicious fruit salad. After dinner we talked a bit about the valley and moroccan culture in general. The atmosphere was lovely! 10/10 we recommend!!

We were traveling as a group of 17 and we found the accommodation to be great. The staff were very welcoming, especially Said for whom nothing was too much to ask for and a lot of times would anticipate what we would need. The location in the Dades Gorges is perfect. Stargazing and listening to berber music on the rooftop terrace was a bonus. It's not a luxury hotel but it's adequate and clean. And the breakfast was outstanding. I didn't try the food at their restaurant but I heard from the ones in the group that did, that it was excellent as well. Would definitely recommend as fantastic value for money and would gladly stay again if in the area.

The location is perfect. A few km after the coveted view point at Restaurant Timzzilitte (where most tourists stop their exploration of the Dades Gorge without actually seeing the gorge itself) and 1 km before the actual Dades Gorges (you can walk there, it is much narrower & impressive than the Todra Girge we visited the next day). The host and his aides are extremely nice, welcoming and accommodating your every need. The beds are excellent. Their size and firmness we found perfectly suited to our needs. The place is very traditional and very quiet. And the value for money is fantastic. Last but not least, the breakfast they served was by far the best we had in the 9 riads we stayed at in our trip. Not only the variety (the only place which served yoghurt with fresh fruit and had Nutella for our daughter's pankes), but the quality of each item served was above everything we had elsewhere in southern morrocco (the coffee for example, vastly superior to the standard filter coffee which seem the norm in riads).

Great location. Good value. Nice clean room. I’m not sure why people complain about this place. It’s very nice and clean especially for the price. Are they expecting a five star hotel for a two star price??

This small hotel is just across the street from the famous section of the Dades Gorge road with all the switch-backs. The owner is very friendly and welcoming and we had some of the best food we've had in Morocco. He was also helpful telling us where we could go hiking. Our room had simple decor, but great views and plenty of room. This is a lovely place to stay overnight in the Dades Valley.
