Great apartment, and even greater host. He was very kind and helpful throughout our stay — giving us recommendations for the best tourist spots, restaurants, and cafés, and even handling the city tax for us. The apartment itself had everything we could ask for and was very well equipped. Would definitely recommend.

We loved everything about this place! The apartment was amazing, very spacious and clean. The view was to die for! The rooftop pool was fantastic, the restaurant downstairs served an amazing buffet breakfast at a very reasonable price. The staff here are absolutely lovely, big shout out to Danya (I don't know if I spelt that right) she tended to our room every day with a smile on her face. I would recommend this place to anyone, it is in a really lovely part of the bay close to everything you need for a fantastic holiday!

My stay at Perla di Adriatico / Royalis Suits was truly wonderful. From the moment I made the reservation, Jelena’s warm and welcoming communication made such a lovely impression. She kept me updated with all the information I needed, including letting me know that my room was ready even before the official check-in time. The room itself was fantastic: spacious, impeccably clean, comfortable, and much more than I expected. It felt like having a tiny private studio, with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The location is another highlight: just steps from the beachfront, with shops, restaurants, and beautiful walking paths all within easy reach. What really stood out was the combination of kindness, professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine warmth. I felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout my stay. I would wholeheartedly recommend Perla di Adriatico / Royalis Suits, and would be very happy to return!

It advertises as 350m from coast, however, it's more like a 1km, all up hill when youre coming back. A very STEEP hill.

It’s brand new, very close to all good spots in Budva Downtown and Old Town The rooms are chic and modern design, great tv, great wifi, very good beds Special shoutout to the property host Angela. She is probably the best host I’ve ever come across. She made sure to cater to every request of ours. From suggesting restaurants, beaches, to even going beyond her way and getting us a booking at a beach club. I can’t recommend this property enough Thank you Angela for a wonderful stay at Budva.
