Cheap hotels in Risan

Nice room with excellent views of the bay. The host family was very nice and very informative. Room was comfortable.

Everything is perfect here. Clean, comfortable, professional. Wonderful, kind staff. I have stayed in a one-bedroom with sea view. It actually has three terraces, to the sea, to the pool, and the street towards Perast. Everything’s new. The bed was super-comfortable. I will be back.

Nice view from the terrace, clean and quite spacious apartment on two levels, but the access to the apartment is quite steep.

No words would be enough to describe this beautiful escape in the middle of Kotor Bay. The view is incredible! The city is calm, with not that many tourists, but close enough to more touristy spots. Herceg Novi (my personal fave, absolutely recommend), Kotor and other towns are accessible by bus, and Perast can be reached in 30-40 min on foot. Absolutely in love with Risan. Ivona, the hostess, is very helpful and hospitable. Her family and cute dog are sometimes seen around, which makes you feel like you are staying in a family guest house, but there is enough privacy and no one was ever intrusive. The town only has 2 small grocery stores. Ivona explained where to find them and guided us about the bus schedule and locations. There was coffee, salt, pepper and sunflower seed oil in the kitchen, shampoo in the bathroom. Enough space to cook and enough plates, glasses and cups. Last but not least, there is a perfectly secluded spot in front of the house: a cozy beach with the cleanest azure water, a pine tree and two chairs. There are mussels all around, and the view is out of this world. This is the best possible accommodation we could have chosen. We were worried about being far from the popular spots, but we have not regretted it one bit. They are too overcrowded, and Risan is our absolute favorite. One thing: if you use buses to get to other towns, I recommend choosing the morning ones. The day buses (13:00 and later) can be nonexistent. We waited forever and nothing came.

The host was very helpful and kind. The apartment is very nice and comfortable and the private pool was great.

Location, Adriatic Sea, the hotel and the staff Very good breakfast. If you looking for the good sea beach I highly recommend Smocovica beach bar , 5-7 min from Perast ( Chipper and with good infastracure)

Appartment is spotlessly clean and has everything we needed.. We stayed as a family of 4 with 2 adult children. Facilities and accomodation were perfect. Hosts Maja and Milos are amazing hosts, very welcoming and very helpful. 5 min walk from the apartment to a nice beach and well located for visiting Perast and Hercig Novi. Private off road parking spot is really useful. Incredible view from the apartment and terrace area. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend staying to explore the area. Thank you.

Everything was perfect. Our apartment room with ocean view terrace was amazing. We loved relaxing by the pool with the beautiful view, the food and the service were excellent. We would definitely recommend this stay!

The property could not have been better. Perfect location in such a great town. Everything was so close and the views from the balcony terrace were just incredible. And Gordana was just the best host. One of the best rentals I have stayed in ever.

It is clean and comfortable. The air con is strong, which is great for the summer heat. It overlooks the town square, but we didn't find it noisy. It is close to the restaurants by the water, and the parking is easy and close by. The owner, Pavic, is very warm and friendly; more importantly, he speaks good English. Going to Kotor is easy, for there is a bus nearby that will take you for 1.5 EUR per person, (the driver will give you change for small bills). The ride takes about 35 min if traffic is good, and you can admire the scenery along the way. You will most likely get seats because the bus starts from this town, Risan, to Kotor. Risan is a quiet town, perfect spot to take day trips to see other places.

The apartment was super comfy and well equipped with everything. One of the cleanest places I've ever stayed to. Hosts were really nice, attentive and helpful with everything we needed. Location is great as well, perfect distance from all the attractions and places for visiting. I definitely recomend it and will sure visit again.

Historic building, cafe nearby with perfect coffee and clean ocean 5 mins walk. Owners incredibly helpful with my myriad of needs and questions. Peaceful non touristy area.

This was a repeated stay thanks to the excellent host, location and Risan itself being calm and welcoming.

Had a wonderful stay at Lorena Rooms, the room itself was large, clean and comfortable. The balcony was my favorite spot to sit and read and soak in the view. The family that runs the property is so special and it was a highlight of my time abroad meeting them.

Great place in a good location. Very close to the beach and a market. The drive up was a short hill but doable. The outside garden area/common area was very cute and relaxing. The host was very hospitable me, met with us upon arrival, showed us the place and gave some tips on where to go. We hope to stay longer next time.
