The location was perfect, very central and walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Very safe; we walked at all hours and never had any issues. There is a trendy bar downstairs, but the apartment is 100% sound proof. We never heard any street noise or the crowd from the popular bar. Apartment is new, secured, clean and very modern. All doors are keyless. Francisco met us at apartment when we checked in to walk us through everything and answered all our questions. He was easily reachable via WhatsApp. It was nice to have heat/air conditioning and plenty of hot water! A very comfortable stay in a great area!

It's a nice modern, clean place. I felt very comfortable. Fully stacked kitchen. Filtered drinking water. Hot water and good water pressure. Bed was comfortable. Smart TV. I was a bit hestitant to book at first because I read reviews complaining about the traffic noise. So, before my sta, I came in and asked if they could show me a room so I could judge for myself. They showed me a room on the first floor facing the street. I didn't think the noise was bad at all. My actual room ended up being on the top floor (8th floor), and I barely heard anything from there. I'm glad I came here and would certainly book again.

This place was so modern, clean, safe, has everything you need. Walking distance to local shops, restaurants, etc. the bed was extremely comfortable and it had a duvet which I am super picky about.
