Staff was greatly receptive to our needs and this is not always seen, so I was very appreciative of this so close to the airport and when I had to go back after my flight was rescheduled, they did not hesitate to send to shuttle for us very timely

The location was super close to the museums, plazas,.and restaurants, and yet, being on the 2nd floor with the bedroom being in the back, it was nice and quiet. The bed was really comfortable with AC, and great bedside lights. Hot water in the shower and all the sinks was appreciated. Good enough internet for streaming Netflix. The rooms were large and lots of windows for light. Super place to stay in San Luis Potosi.

The location is superb. Blocks away from the historic center. Access is through a keypad so it’s extremely safe. Peaceful and very comfortable. Enormous room. Very comfortable bed. Nice little patio. Communication with owners was easy and they were very interested in my having a comfortable stay. I would definitely stay again.

Can't beat the location, the hotel is located right in the historical center, super close to beautiful squares surrounded by historical buildings, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, etc. The room was clean and super quiet. The terrace has a beautiful view!
