Lovely gardens, super clean rooms, great breakfast and the location is close to the river and a nice short walk to town but was very quiet and peaceful. And the staff were all very accommodating and friendly and nice people. We stayed 5 nights and did tours, rented bikes and just watched the world go by.
I had such an amazing stay here and honestly can’t recommend this place enough. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome — the atmosphere is so warm and genuine that it really feels like home. The hospitality is truly exceptional. The owner goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect and is always happy to help with anything you need. What stood out the most was the care and effort put into helping us plan our safaris, along with the helpful tips for our next destination. It’s rare to find a place where you feel this comfortable and looked after. If you’re looking for somewhere with a personal touch, amazing hospitality, and a truly welcoming vibe, this is it.
Almost everything, the location, comfort and the room especially… it was naturally cool inside.
We really enjoyed the facilities (gym and pool). We also received a warm welcome from the staff who was so to nice to us. They were also available for any request we had. Our room was clean and perfect. Food was also amazing. They offered activities like safari, canoeing, etc.
All. Staff, service, transportation and the safari jungkr trips.
Very beautiful property, great river and sunset views. Beautiful pool. The best location on the River! Staff were so kind and welcoming. 24 hour hot showers. Good AC / Heater unit in room was really appreciated in January. Manager was exceptional. He arranged our jeep safari, elephant ride and jungle walking tour - he made sure we got us THE BEST guides and that made all the difference for our visit to Chitwan park. 100% recommend Chitwan Riverside Resort. very peaceful place, was perfect place to relax from 4 weeks of trekking.
This hotel really was so much better than we expected. Staff were all very friendly, well-trained, and super helpful. They recommended and arranged all our safari activities too so our trip was completely stress-free. The location also blew our expectations as it was way better than what we saw in the pictures. It's located at a pretty quiet area with lots of little places in the hotel where you can sit back and relax. I really liked that you can walk all the way to the river from inside the hotel area.
Located in main town with all walking distance restaurants and national park
Quite fair enough and budgetary

The food was lovely, especially the breakfast and the coffee! The location was beautiful - waking up to the river and feeling like you are so close to nature was amazing.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Everything was perfect — great hospitality, pleasant environment, beautiful rooms, and a very relaxing atmosphere. Would definitely visit again!
Family feeling, clean, nice location but a bit far from the center. Bicycle was provided so was easy to cycle to the center
We joined the hotel’s 3-day, 2-night jungle walking trek led by our professional guide Krishna, and assistant guide, Dipesh. It was truly the best experience of my life! We were incredibly lucky to spot tigers twice—once bathing and once crossing the river. We also saw elephants crossing the river, and rhinos fighting. These close encounters with wildlife were a hundred times more incredible than I had ever imagined. I highly recommend spending at least two days in the jungle; a 3-day, 2-night trip is ideal. Spending a night in the traditional Madi village was a very unique highlight. The Tiger Tops area was undoubtedly the best part—that's where we saw all the major wildlife. It’s far superior to the typical Jeep safaris; being able to trek into remote, untouched areas was the authentic jungle experience we were looking for. I will remember this for the rest of my life. I also highly recommend choosing the 2-hour canoe trip at the start. You'll enter a 'crocodile empire' and see an incredible number of them. Finally, a huge thank you to our guides for keeping us safe throughout the journey, and to the hotel for providing such an extraordinary itinerary that exceeded all our expectations!
The hotel has a big garden and lot of flowers. Kumar, the owner of the hotel, is a very nice man. He is very helpful and arranged the safari tours and picked up. The staffs is very nice as well. The bbq chicken was very tasty and remember to try one. Please tips the staff when you leave.
