The house was clean and spacious. There were no bad smells at all. The backyard and the pool are very nice, and you have a lot of privacy. The owner was also very kind and responsive. I would definitely come back again and stay a few days to enjoy what the property has to offer!

The staffs are fantastic and Salma (receptionist) has make us very welcome during the check in. The views in the hotel are fantastic especially during sunset at the bar on the roof top. The drinks from the bar are excellent. The room is clean and the bed and pillows are very comfortable. Excellent facilities (gym, etc) in the hotel.

We loved our stay with Uncle Ali and the team at Hanging Terraces. As the name suggests, the roof terraces in the hotel that overlooked the garden terraces were great for relaxing after a hike. The rooms were beautifully renovated in the old traditional style. The food was great - nice to have breakfast and dinner included.

Rustic chic house in a beautiful setting with gorgeous views. Nice view. Nice beds. Spacious. Oman architecture. Let me repeat: the place, the view, the old deserted (in 2022) village, and the terraces.... Gorgeous. Interior is Omani design and very pretty!
