Super nice staff. Excellent location, just a few blocks from the main square. Hot water. Very clean. Comfortable beds. I really liked the privacy curtain. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. There is a grocery store nearby. Wi-Fi works good!

The description and photos matched my expectations. Very friendly staff, location is away from the business of the plaza de armas, and transportation is good via taxi or bus. If you need wheelchair access or no-steps room, be sure to contact them directly if possible to make it happen. Excellent hotel, I would highly recommend. The city of Ayacucho and its people have much to offer, and teach, to any visitor: clean, fun, respectful, and hospitable. Much to see and do there, the zoo, trips to Quinua, Wari, Pikimachay, etc.

Yes, the location is wonderful. Close to the. Arco del Triunfo and the Plaza de Armas. Laundry on site is helpful. View from our unit looked over the city toward the cathedral. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery store.

    We liked the location as it showed us more of Ayacucho than if we were staying in the centre. Our room was spacious, bed comfortable, shower hot. The whole hotel is very clean and the staff was lovely and helpful during our entire (twice extended stay). The roof terrace is perfect for chilling, we spent numerous hours there. The shared kitchen is basic, but enough. The included breakfast is OK. We really enjoyed staying in San Cristobal.

    The lady who runs this hostel was amazing. She let us check in early since our bus arrived in the morning. She was really helpful and made us a breakfast which we did not expect. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower had hot water too. The location was quite nice since it was surrounded by a lot of little markets and restaurants. There is also a kitchen upstairs that you can use with quite a good view of the city. I definitely recommend staying here if you're in Ayacucho.
