The reception team was amazing Carlos the overnight counter person was very helpful and profesional. The reception manager a lady who I forgot her name was A1 service and also very helpful and profesional. Special mention to Luis Montes Jara who helps with the maintenance but is a real profesional on the customer service side. My kudos to him and advise the management that they should invest on him. He really have a potential for the business
