Cheap hotels in Saavedra

I had a wonderful stay. The owner and his wife are ready to help with anything you need. He takes so much pride in his garden and wildlife and it creates a peaceful retreat like vibe. I loved staying in the traditional bamboo house, you really feel like you’re in nature. Thanks again, I wouldn’t hesitate staying again in the future!

Very welcoming arrival by Daisy the hotel staff. Vast beautiful garden, the grounds were impeccable. Nice and quiet for sleeping. Shower had great pressure. We ate at two very good restaurants just minutes walk. Also minimart very close. Lots of options for picking up transport if you want to go to town or white beach. We did canyoneering and booked through hotel. It was an overall fabulous stay.

The property is clean and quiet. They made us use the amenities even if we already checked out, we even got a chance to shower. Will recommend it to my friends and family.

The accommodation was nice and the staff were really approachable.

Hospitality number one. The concierge took care of all my excursions pickup and drop off. Suggested some great excursions like canyoneering and zip line in Kawasan Falls White beach nearby and snorkeling with the turtles and sardines. The food was incredible, and our host was superb.

Lovely room, lovely restaurant and staff were so friendly

Amazing location to immerse yourself in the Philippines nature. Our hosts were the most kind and helpful people we ever had the pleasure to stay with. We felt like staying with friends, who had all the local knowledge and tips for activities/food around the area. We really appreciated the amazing vegan option for breakfast as well. Special mention to local dogs, cats and geckos for the warm welcome as well!

The pool was very welcoming and the common area by the check-in counter was also a nice plus. And the garden with mini-palm trees and many different kinds of plants as well.

I recently stayed three nights at Astillo's Guest Houses in Cebu and it was a wonderful experience. The location is convenient, just 15 minutes by scooter from the city center, offering a peaceful retreat. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, making my stay very comfortable. The small, beautiful garden and the free coffee and water available all day were delightful touches. The staff was exceptionally helpful, and the ability to rent a scooter on-site added to the convenience. Astillo's is an excellent choice for anyone seeking a serene yet accessible stay in Cebu.

10/10 We slept wonderfully in a king-size bed, with a super friendly host and a perfect location. We had first stayed at a dive resort but left after one night. The price here is definitely worth the room, and we were happy we could stay for 2 nights. Breakfast is listed as “included,” but in reality, it’s just coffee and bread. It might be helpful to mention that breakfast isn’t actually included, but can be ordered for an extra charge. For us this was no problem, but it could help future guests at the homestay. The breakfast itself was very tasty, and if you want your laundry done, that’s also possible—our very large bag was washed for only 250 pesos. Breakfast was also not expensive: 220 pesos for two people for two days. A very strong recommendation!

The host were very accommodating

The staff and owner were very accommodating and friendly. They are very approachable. The place was clean, the breakfast was simple and ample. The location was a few minutes drive to the center and the beach.

Loved the peaceful atmosphere and Great stay with relaxing vibes. and the staff were very courteous and friendly.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Nirvana Resort from March 20–22. The place has a peaceful, tropical vibe, perfect for a quick getaway. We originally booked a room with AC and private CR, but we were upgraded to a much bigger unit with its own kitchen and CR. The room was very spacious, with a separate bedroom, kitchen area, and a cozy lounge space. it really felt like a home away from home. The resort offers great amenities such as pools, mini golf, lounges, billiards, ping pong, and even a small gym, so there’s always something to do. They also have a mini restaurant with affordable food, which was very convenient. The owner and staff were very accommodating, kind, and attentive to all our concerns and queries, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The house is very new and clean. Will definitely return to this house on my next visit.

It is a little far to get from Cebu, but they can pick you up at the airport. It’s perfect if you want to relax and enjoy your vacation because it’s far from crowded

Direct access to Basdaku beach

The resort is new and it is very beautiful. Our bedroom is very clean, the bed is well made neat and tight. The bathroom is huge and very clean, I love that they added little hooks to hang your wet swim wear. There is also clothes line right outside your room to hang your wet towels and swim stuff and it is looking neat even with stuff hanging. Their swimming pool is huge, the property have beach front access. The beach front is not very sandy but good for snorkeling we seen a lot of fish and very clear water, I advice you take water shoes cause some stones/rocks are sharp. Their staff are very welcoming especially the front desk very helpful. And it is located in quite area. Few minutes ride from Panagsama and Basdaku Beach.

Peaceful, clean, beautiful view and lovely staff.

The hosts were very welcoming and present anytime when you needed them. We had a great stay with these kind people and some good recommendations for our trip in general.

Nice staff, great breakfast, nice pool and right on the water. Bring water socks as there is some shoal when entering the sea water. The small cottages were a very nice size and gave the property a cool vibe.
