I recently stayed at Shell Villa and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The property itself was lovely, offering comfortable and clean accommodations. But what really made my stay memorable was the exceptional service, particularly from a staff member named Josh. He went above and beyond to assist me, showing great dedication in organizing various excursions. His helpfulness and attention to detail significantly enhanced my stay. I am truly grateful for his assistance and would like to extend a big thank you to him and the rest of the team at Shell Villa. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a delightful stay.

kind staff(They provide services to ensure that I am satisfied with the requirements with smile) They clean every day. They’re trying to reduce plastics, it’s so impressive. If you’re vegetarian, you can have some fruit, salads, stir fried vegetables(different everyday) and rice porridge.

regarding my stay at the Seaword Hotel: The Booking.Com photographs of the hotel are accurate. The view from the rooms are spectacular. The Wi-Fi in the room and the common areas is very good. I am a non-smoker and I had no problem regarding smoking smell. There is a smoking area for those who wish to smoke. I appreciated that the room cleaning schedule was up to me. Not predetermined as in most hotels. The rooms are large, well laid out and appointed with flowers and ocean theme. The bed mattress was comfortable. A previous guest review mentioned peeling wallpaper but with 80° humidity. This did not concern me. More wonderful than the rooms and beautiful view, is the proprietor, Lili, who cannot do enough for her gusts. She’s available to help you make tour arrangements, restaurants or anything you wish. I told her that I needed to get a SIM card but it was a national holiday and everything was closed. She said no problem, she gave me her son’s SIM card to use during my entire time at Seaward. I travel extensively throughout Asia and have never experience, a proprietor, like Lili, whos sole goal is to be sure each guest has a wonderful vacation.

I loved how personable the hosts were! Jerome and Godiva are exceptional hosts. They are super responsive to any questions I had. I also never needed to hesitate to reach out to them for recommendations for anything I wanted. Being able to rent a car directly from them was a plus as well, making my time in Palau especially great and convenient.

Ngermid Oasis is in a great off the beaten path location in Palau. The owner is super helpful and responsive. She helped arrange transfers to and from the airport and to restaurants downtown. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood in the morning and afternoons. It has a great pool and kitchenettes in the 2 units we rented. It was perfect for us to stay before and after our liveaboard trip so we will definitely be back.
