Almost everything. The hotel is very clean as it has been newly renovated like a modern hotel. The staffs are friendly. Free coffee/tea/water inside the room. Although the toilet is small, which is very common with the hotels near the Haram, the toiletries/towels/bathroom fittings are of 5 star quality. The haram is in about 10-15 mins of walking distance from the hotel; it is located at the end of the Ibrahim Khalil road, just before the bridge.

I love everything about Al Nood. Starting from how Abdullah at the reception helped me all the way from Madina directing me from Whatspp and making sure that my accommodation was secured to the last day I was departing the hotel back home, all was a beautiful experience to the glory of ALLAH Azzawajal. In fact when I got to the Hotel, it was awesome service A to Z maa shaa ALLAH. I loved the free Shuttle to Haram and the quality and professional services rendered by everyone of the staff at Al Nood. The staff members exhibited exceptional customer service skills and treated me like family. I have recommended Al Nood to all my family and friends. I will love to come back there over and over again. What a lovely experience! I will give them 5 star any day any time.

Very Good Hotel in aziziya Makka...The staff is friendly and Hospitable. Only 10 Minutes to masjid ul haram by taxi. Location is Good. The Big Mosque is the nearest. Taxi charge 15 Rial Usually...Busy hours 20 Rial. All over the experience is very good. Very good restaurants and shopping malls are nearest to the hotel. And the Gawa and dates on reception available most of the time are awesome. Note: If you are coming by taxi ask him to go to the opposite street of Discount Store or Top Ten store. Near Baldia Aziziya.

The hotel was wonderful. It is not crowded, as very few people know about this hotel. The cleanliness and view from the room were also good. The reception staff were very helpful, as they helped us check in early, which was a relief for us at the moment. We had an amazing breakfast in-room, enough for two people. Bus shuttle is available for visitors who wish to perform Umrah every hour. There are a few cafes (Karak tea/arabic coffee shops) behind the hotel, which you must try! I definitely recommend the hotel to everyone who needs peace after a long trip, especially after you perform UMRAH.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. We were kindly upgraded to a room with a stunning view of the Haram, The hotel is just a 10-minute walk from the Haram door 79. Room service was quick and efficient, and the on-site restaurant offered great food with good variety. peaceful and comfortable stay. I would definitely come back and recommend it to others!

    Hotel rooms are clean and renovated.everything about the hotel the staff and all were clean and good,but the location is far from the haram it is around 15 to 20 mins walk to haram but the access for taxi or the main road is right infront if the hotel so easy to get a taxi to go out of haram but walking to the mosque is definitely far away,not a good choice for elderly people or anyone with kids.
