we’ve spent 10 days there in a group of 13 people, and it was just amazing time. very good location, surrounded by picturesque fields and mountains, very calm and quite. the house is quite new, with a very stylish interior. 20-30 minutes of the road to Jasna Ski resort, 10-15 minutes to Besenova spa. our host Thomas was very helpful and friendly guy, he provided everything we needed. thanks a lot! the house has combined main hall with kitchen, so if you are traveling in a big group of people, you will have enough space for the group activities, such as dinner, breakfast, games, etc. :)

Due to Covid there are still restrictions in Slovakia, therefore services are limited. Our accomodation was perfect for our goals and discovery. Housekeeper and owner are in top 5.

Price wise one if the best places I’ve stayed in within Europe - and especially North East Europe . This place has everything fridge Wi-Fi tv microwave two beds great view . Super good

The room was big enough for the four of us, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen is adequate. The house is in a village surrounded by beautiful mountains. It's a good place to go on hikes.

Honestly Everything were excellent, the place is very clean the hospitality from the owner were beyond expectation even the check-in is late but the owner waited tell we reached the villa , i really highly recommended this place for my next visit definitely i will choose this place.

i hate writing negative reviews. this location served its purpose. and the price was accurate. we just needed a place basically for breakfast, sleep and showers. left property every morning by 915 and didn't return until after dark. it was a good jumping point to visit some caves and castles, and the thermal pools as well. there was private parking at location. the garden was beautiful for the kids to play.
