A Hidden Gem – Pure Relaxation and Unexpected Luxury! We had an incredibly stressful week and wanted nothing more than a peaceful escape — and My Paradise Cafe and Homestay delivered far beyond our expectations. To be honest, we were a bit hesitant when booking since the place is brand new and only had a few reviews, but they were all glowing... and now we know why. We’re so glad we took the chance! From the moment we arrived, everything felt just right. We stayed in one of the two brand new bungalows — absolutely spotless and beautifully designed, with top-class furniture, a cozy layout, and a serene atmosphere that instantly made us feel at ease. The bungalow sits inside a lush, private compound surrounded by a fantastic garden and a stunning pool with a giant waterfall feature. Just steps away was the on-site German bakery and café, which was not only picture-perfect but served some of the best food and coffee we’ve had in Thailand. We spent the day lounging by the pool, floating in complete bliss, taking in the views and enjoying delicious food, all while feeling completely pampered. When it was time for bed, the comfort continued — a high-quality mattress, luxurious bedding, and absolute quiet made for the best sleep we’ve had in ages. The next morning, we were curious about the included breakfast… and again, perfection. The smell of freshly baked bread filled the air. The host gave us free choice from the menu, and everything was homemade and absolutely delicious. We chose to sit indoors because of a light morning rain, and even that was a joy — the café space is beautifully decorated, filled with light from floor-to-ceiling windows, and impeccably clean (even the restrooms!). Every single detail at My Paradise felt intentional, elegant, and made with care. From the warm and welcoming host couple to the beautiful design and atmosphere, this place hits the perfect balance between boutique luxury and homey comfort.

This is a gem! I just picked a place to stay one night to visit the white and blue temple in Chiang Rai. I had no idea it was going to end up being one of our favorites of our trip in Thailand. The views, concept, vibe and the staff were incredibly wonderful. Our only regret was not having more time to stay there longer. It’s definitely worth it! 🪷

I was traveling with family, so we rented two villas side by side. The houses are a perfect size for two people, with a bed in the loft and a living room area downstairs. It is all new, the houses, the furniture, and appliances. I sent a message to pick up the key and soon someone came on a motorbike to deliver. The location is quiet, with a beautiful view of the fields nearby. The outside space is great, with areas to sit down and even a fire pit that we did not use it. The ground outside seems to be a work in progress and I am sure it will be landscaped at some point. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay, There is a third house on the property that was empty, but it seems like a perfect getaway for a group of friends that want to travel together.

The location is great, near Blue Temple, room is spacious, food is good, good for relaxation, kind and professional staffs, clean and comfortable. Everything is just perfect!

I stayed at Bannkarn for 2 nights. I vote 9/10 for room, location, price, and friendly staff. At there also have bike for guest to explore around. Infront of the building also have small mart and next to buildings have local food with reasonable price. If you looking for a place to stay in Chaing Rai, Don't miss Bannkarn.

Wish we could have stayed here longer. It was outstanding experience! It is on the level of hotel. We had one room with very comfortable king bed. The room was spotless, we received complementary food, tooth brush and other essentials every day. You can have coffee etc. in the kitchen, too. It included self-service breakfast (eggs, toasts, sausages, jam, coffee etc). There is a gym, common space area with board games, billiard. You can rent a bike vis Mercy hotel (B-rider which is reliable and rhe best rental company). The location is excellent and quit. Actually, the whole place is quit and they keep it quiet after 10 pm. Last but not least, the staff was genuinely so kind and helpful. If we ever visit it again, we will stay here. Thank you so much for making our time in Chiang Mai so great.

Everything was excellent. A big and clear room has all that you need. Good bathroom. The shower has a separate cabin , so you don't feel like you take a shower in the toilet. The location is good for me too. It's not the centre of the city, but it's quiet. So if you have a motorbike, it's perfect because it's very close to the airport. The facilities are very nice. You can chill in the garden if you feel tired and don't want to go out. Very calm and peaceful. Everything looks good. Breakfasts were great too. But what I like the most? Of course, owners. They don't speak English. But they are so polite and friendly, so you don't care about English. You feel like you are part of their family. They were very helpful when we were late to the airport. The owner delivered us to the airport, despite the fact that he just woke up. Thank you for this experience 🙂
