The staff was very polite, kind and helpful and accomodating (especially Sonya)! The rules of the hotel were simple and easy to follow. You get your own locket w a key so you can leave your stuff there. The capsule and the hotel were very clean and you can get additional towels, hygiene kits, drinks, and food. The water was always hot and the location is ideal. I would definetely visit it again.

it’s a great apart hotel. first of all the location is really the best. very close to everything and in a quiet street. There are many nice cafes and restaurants around. very clean and quiet hotel. the price is affordable. My only criticism is about mattress. If they change it would be 10/10. thank you for everything.

Booked this for a family member on a budget, Great central location for the price. Hotel is a little hidden away through an arch which is not labelled as Hotel simply Bontiak. Hotel ideal for somewhere to lay your head down and sleep but not spend much time in as it’s a little basic for my liking.but it was good value for the location.

Excellent location, nice staff, it's cheap (as in: inexpensive, although in the other sense as well), plenty of cafes, restaurants around. It's clean and OK if you just need a bed and shower. The fridge was also working and basic kitchen utils available. No breakfasts (not even on order due to covid) was also fine, as there are plenty of options in the neighboorhood.

Excellent appartment in its category (which I classify as budget / mid-range). I was pleasantly surprised and would definitely stay here again. Great location (perhaps my favourite in Kyiv), plenty of space (would still be more than enough for a couple or even 3 people, I would say), good value for money (although I believe I got it cheaper than usual). Nice view over the St Sophia's Cathedral was a bonus.
