Very comfortable, cozy and clean. It’s a great location, only a few miles from downtown with many food options available nearby. Lots of storage options for a long term stay. Kitchen is perfect and comes with every utensil or pot needed to cook a meal. Quiet location for the most part as well, sometimes you can hear a train nearby but to me that’s a nice feature. Heating in every room, so it’s perfect if you’re traveling with people who prefer different temperatures. Beds/futons are very comfy if you prefer a firmer mattress. An extremely good value!

EVERYTHING about the place was PERFECT! We stayed on the 4th floor and the bed was so soft & comfortable & room was so quiet, it felt like I was in "heaven". It was very peaceful. Toby at the front desk checking in made it quick & seamless & told us the Pool & Spa are open 24 hours! I never made it to the Pool or Spa because I didn't want to get out of bed!

Loved my king bed with sofa for lounging! So cozy and comfy! After a long day of travel I was wishing for a reason to stay for a few days! Well maintained property and then welcoming and accommodating staff!!

Location,room,clean, 1st room they gave me was very noisy but I asked for different room and they moved me to more private area

The Location Was Super,,Staff Was Also Super. And Room Was Comfortable

We always stay at the BW Northwest Lodge when we travel to Boise. The hotel is consistently clean, yummy breakfast and bedtime cookies, great dining area and pool/hot tub. We love the location, kind of tucked away but so close to everywhere we need to be. Staff is helpful and friendly, cost of the stay is reasonable. And as Reward members we love the perks and points!
