Simply stunning. Erin and Josh are lovely, and have done an incredible job with the property. Everything is beautiful and evokes a colonial period feel that goes perfectly with the area. Can’t recommend enough.

Great vacation home, lots of amenities, owner was easy to communicate with if we needed anything, about a 2o minute drive to casino area, first time renting a home so I was hesitate but they made it super easy!

Very clean, attractive, comfortable accommodations, nice breakfast buffet, convenient location close to Mystic Village, courteous staff. Very reasonable rate for New Years Eve. Only drawback is that you have to drive 2-3 miles to the center of Mystic, and parking in town can be a problem when Mystic is crowded in the summer; you may have to park several blocks away from Main Street . However we had no problem parking during this stay .

I stayed at the villa 3 years ago before it's renovation and it was so old, musty, and just not really worth the money. The NEWLY RENOVATED villa is beautiful!! It is immaculate! We absolutely loved our stay and plan to definitely return many more times in the future. Highly recommended!!!

    Very friendly & helpful staff - both at the desk & in the dining area— stellar (I wish I got the name of the gentleman who kindly reassured one of the kids after a waffle batter mishap— he was outstandingly kind!!!) Room very clean & updated Super convenient location for enjoying Mystic Seaport activities The couch was actually comfortable to sleep on (didn’t open the fold out) - I was happily surprised :)
