Convenient location and facility was clean, quiet, and safe. Staff was friendly.
Very good service and rooms were very good bed was very nice Breakfast was very good
The original purpose of the facility was as living and working quarters for enslaved people and have been updated for modern safety and convenances, while maintaining the historical importance. For those who appreciate history this house has been beautifully and lovingly renovated. Be prepared to learn how to use a skeleton key (that has been backed up with a modern alarm system). Ms. Deborah and Gregory are friendly and welcoming and very knowledgeable, not only about the history of the house but the history of Natchez as well. We had long discussions with Ms. Deborah while we were there, and she was always friendly and helpful, and I would count them among the highlights of our visit to Natchez. Breakfast was always delicious and ready when we got to the dining room and there was something comforting/nostalgic about the smell of cooked bacon wafting through the house. We will definitely stay there the next time we are in Natchez.
