Zen Space was extremely comfortable and very relaxing. Love that the TV was already set. Very spacious and had all the necessary amenities.

Read a lot of other Harker Heights/Killeen hotel reviews before deciding to stay at this Best Western and it was worth the effort to find the perfect place for a 3 night stay! The staff there was pleasant, the entire hotel was spotless, the beds and pillow very comfortable for those that prefer a softer mattress and pillow, there was a lot of storage space, nice fridge, microwave and coffeemaker, the breakfast buffet was substantial and excellent, it was very quiet in our room considering the nearby roads and stores/restaurants, it was easy to get wherever we needed to go, AC worked perfectly, WiFi was excellent but needed to log in each time we returned to the room... not really a problem. Enjoyed our stay!

The stay was in a duplex, and I was initially concerned about the potential of unruly neighbors. I was instead pleasantly surprised to meet the incredibly friendly neighbors in unit A. The unit we stayed in had everything we could have possibly needed! It truly felt like being at home. The beds were comfortable to sleep in, and the rooms were good-sized for a duplex. We were very happy with our stay and would absolutely stay again! I wish I could upload the video I took of the unit, but booking won't let me do videos. You'll have to just trust me that it's well worth the money!
