The staff member who greeted us (Roy) was super pleasant and helpful. The overall appearance of the hotel in every aspect was top quality. It was just like new. Very well appointed. Beds comfortable, bathroom clean and large. Even offered a snack bag for breakfast. Very good hotel.

Due to a number of recent deaths, we spent this weekend and the previous weekend at this BWPD. We were pleased with our accommodations and recommended it to our family traveling to the area and they also were pleased. We woukd like to give a special thanks to Princess at the front desk. Excellent customer service. When discussing with her a need to meet for a couple of hours to plan funeral arrangements for a family member, she offered us the conference room so we could privately discuss the matter. She was awesome and we will definitely make BWPD our first choice for any future visits.

The staff, debbie was very accommodating to us. We had to switch rooms due to family joining us, and they let us check out and in without waiting. Between 11:00 and 3:00. Wife just broke her wrist and we needed a break. Thank you debbie very much
