We were delighted with our experience in this hotel. It's location is superb - inside the old city of Khiva but one street away from the central square, which made it very quiet and peaceful. All the attractions were within walking distance of the hotel. Our host, Zia, was very friendly and treated us like family - all of us liked her very much. The hotel rooms were comfortable with all the facilities advertised. The breakfast was superb and almost unending - after a point, we had to ask Zia to stop bringing us food because we were full. She also recommended some excellent restaurants for lunch and dinner. At the end of our stay, she also arranged for a minivan to take us to Urgench Airport for a reasonable price.

Amazing hotel and facilities considering the price. We were a family of 5 from India with one infant and two people over 70. We had a most comfortable stay . The breakfast spread was very big and had many vegetarian options. The staff speaks fluent English. The hotel is 2 KM from Utchan kala but don't worry , they will pick and drop you in a golf cart for free anytime you want till 10pm. The property is very big and open. Highly recommend it. .

The hotel is quite new, and is located at a convenient distance from the main attraction of the city - the old town - Itchan Kala,which can be easily reached by a leisurely seven/eight minute walk. The hotel staff is extremely hospitable and communication with them is a breeze, particularly for English language speakers. Both the partners of the hotel readily provided useful information about the city itself, recommendations on the best places to eat and interesting sites to visit.
