Everything is new. First night I stayed in the single room. It is small, but is everything I needed. Excellent value for the money. Hotel is brand new, everything works great. Smells good. Staffs are wonderful. They speak english. Hotel exchange money. It is so good, I came back from Aral Sea and booked Fayez Hotel again. It is all I need.

Pana Hotel was a very comfortable hotel with beautiful decor. We were very impressed upon arrival. The staff was welcoming and friendly, always ensuring we had everything we needed. Breakfast was very generous and diverse. The wifi worked well! We did ask the hotel for help organizing a one day trip to Moynak and transfer to Khiva. The hotel went above and beyond providing excellent service. Highly recommend!

We had an excellent stay in the yurt. It was clean, comfortable, and unique. The outdoor garden is perfect for relaxing in the cool evening air. The owners were very friendly and helpful, even booking our taxi to Khiva for us. Peaceful neighbour hood.
